But I had Apple Cider vinegar and I used that instead with delicious results. This strong and sassy concoction is vibrant enough to stand up to almost any salad you choose, even a spicy arugula. It is made with a good dose of apple cider vinegar, making it fruity and bold. Throw this on your kale and you may live forever. It is also wonderful on coleslaw or potato salad. We marinated a pork loin in it one night and loved how it made the meat juicy and flavorful.
