If you’re looking for a simple dinner that feels light and healthy, but still keeps you full, then look no further! Our Caesar Dressing creates a creamy indulgence, without loading up your salad with empty calories.
Lacinato kale – 1 bunch, rinsed, trimmed and chopped
Salmon fillets – two 6-ounce fillets
Blackened seasoning – about 2 tsp. combined from all the spices for the two fillets: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, coriander, red pepper flakes
Panko breadcrumbs – ¼ cup
Garlic powder – ½ tsp.
EVOO – to taste
Dress It Up Caesar Dressing – to taste

Now assemble your salad! Add your kale to a bowl, top with Caesar dressing, mix to combine. Add your fish on top and finish with a sprinkling of toasted garlic breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
