I read an article about foods that would make you glow (in a good way, not ET style):
Arugula, avocado, hemp seeds, radishes.
Sounded a lot like a salad!
Arugula – six cups
Avocado – one whole, diced
Radishes – about four, preferably of different varieties and colors (watermelon, black, fingerling, breakfast)
Hemp Seeds – quarter cup
Dress It Up Dressing Champagne Vinaigrette
Chopping radishes is ridiculously pleasing, aesthetically, since they couldn’t be more beautiful. Consequently, it’s easy to make this salad gorgeous as well!
Chop it up, put everything in a bowl and toss!
