This salad is filled with textures and bursts of flavor. Our Apple Cider Vinaigrette is bold enough to stand up to strong flavor from the kale, radicchio, and granny smith apples. It’s the perfect healthy salad for a fall day!
Kale – 3 cups
Radicchio – 1/2 head, cored and shredded
Granny Smith Apple – 1, cored and cubed
Slivered Almonds – 1/4 cup
Feta cheese – 1/4 cup
Dress It Up Dressing Apple Cider Vinaigrette
This salad is super easy to put together, yet still has a wonderful depth of flavors to keep your pallet happy!
Follow these couple of steps for salad success:
Rinse kale, chop roughly, and add to a bowl with two spoonfuls of Apple Cider Vinaigrette. Massage the kale until tender. Then thinly slice your radicchio, and cube the apple. Add to the bowl, along with the almonds and feta. Simply mix all the ingredients together until salad is tossed to your liking!
