Autumn is the time of year for some of the funkiest, most exotic looking veggies out there.
Don’t be intimidated.
Here are three quick and simple recipes for treating these colorful crucifers:
Easy: Break Cauliflower and Romanesco into large bite-sized pieces
and combine in a bowl with three tablespoons of Apple Cider DIUD.
Stir fry in a wok for 5 minutes or until tender.
Easier: Break the Cauliflower and Romanesco into larger florets and combine in a bowl with three tablespoons of Apple Cider DIUD.
Place on a rimmed half sheet time lined with parchment paper.
Put in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes until nicely roasted, tossing occasionally.
Easiest: Break or cut the above into even smaller pieces – about the size of a grape for an artful display.
Either serve raw or steam for 3-5 minutes. Dip in Apple Cider DIUD and enjoy.
