If you’re not following @rosalierouge go change that ASAP! Not only does Kelsey post tons of great recipe ideas, but she blogs about amazing beauty products and fashion items, too. She’s also a big fan of Dress It Up Dressing, and we fell in love with her Crispy Chicken Ranch Salad recipe (copied for you below)!
This spinach salad is SUPER easy to make, especially once you have the chicken and chickpeas prepped. You can heat it up throughout the week, or eat it cold, and regardless, it tastes amazing with the dressing. I like to add in some couscous to add in some healthy and filling carbs. This salad would also be amazing with tomatoes, but sadly I was out.
The perfect way to use up some of the extra veggies in your fridge! Our Apple Cider Vinaigrette gives the ingredients a complete makeover, turning them into a delicately dressed puff pastry.
Thank you @tofumom for the recipe!
‘Tis the season for homemade treats, but they don’t all have to be sugary sweet. This duo of roasted nuts is great for cocktail parties, whether you’re hosting or bringing them as a hostess gift is up to you. The pecans get a refreshing boost from our Blackberry Vinaigrette, and were a hit with my colleague’s 8 year old. Cashews get a sophisticated makeover thanks to our Champagne Vinaigrette and some fresh rosemary, inspired by a recipe from Ina Garten, except our recipe has no sugar or butter.
