We love the way a steak salad can make you feel like you’re at a luxurious lunch at a fancy French bistro and want to offer you that feeling from the comfort of your own home.
We used Open Prairie® Natural* Sirloin Steak cut to Dress Up this salad. Their natural Angus Beef is a high-quality, flavorful and tender cut of beef that is perfect for grilling. Their meat is sourced from livestock raised with no antibiotics, no added hormones, and no growth promotants by their independent ranch partners, so you can feel good about what you're eating.
Our original Red Wine Vinaigrette is the perfect companion to marinate any steak. (If you’re interested - enjoying a glass of red wine while making this recipe is also encouraged!) This delicious and tangy dressing provides the perfect balance of flavors to complement the juicy and flavorful beef.
Not only is this salad a great option, but it is also quick and easy to prepare, making it the perfect solution for busy weeknights. In just a few short steps, you can have a delicious meal ready for yourself or the whole family. Trust us, this salad is sure to impress!
