I used to think microgreens and sprouts were interchangeable and it was just a simple tiny green that added some extra texture to the dish. Boy did I have it wrong!

Directions
Micro Radish Salad
Chop up your fennel.
Combine your Bright fresh Micro radish mix, fennel, and cottage cheese to a container.
Top with Apple Cider Vinaigrette.
Micro Broccoli Salad
Cook your quinoa, grill your vegetables, then combine them.
Combine your Bright Fresh Mico Broccoli and quinoa vegetable mix to a container.
Top with Apple Cider Vinaigrette.
Micro Argula Salad
Chop your spring onion and avocado.
Combine your Bright Fresh Argula, avocado, spring onion, and parmesan cheese.
Top with Apple Cider Vinaigrette.
