We dressed up a classic Caesar salad using gluten-free pasta, and grilled chicken to elevate this classic dish to a weekday dinner winner. With our guilt-free Caesar dressing, you won’t feel bad indulging in this delicious pasta salad!
Ingredients

Pasta of choice

Romaine lettuce

Grilled chicken

Grape tomatoes

Green onions

Shaved parmesan

Croutons

Dress It Up Dressing Caesar dressing
Directions
Prep
Cook pasta (aim for al dente); let pasta cool
Grill and cut up chicken breast
Chop lettuce, grape tomatoes and green onions
Prep
Add lettuce, cooked pasta and chicken to bowl
Garnish with tomatoes, green onions and croutons
Top with parmesan and Caesar dressing
Serve and enjoy!
