Champagne Vinaigrette
Directions
Prep
Thinly slice lemon and onion
Cut chicken breast into slices
Place sliced chicken, lemons and onions in one bowl; add Champagne Vinaigrette and mix
Cook
On a pan over high heat, add chicken, lemon and onion; glaze the chicken with any left over dressing from bowl
Cook both sides to desired finish
Assemble
Plate chicken and top with cooked onions and lemon
