2 grapefruits

2 Naval oranges

2 blood oranges

3 clementines

Juice from 1 lemon

¼ cup pomegranate seeds

fresh mint (to taste)

Drizzle Dress It Up Dressing Blackberry Vinaigrette
Directions
Trim both ends of each citrus fruit. Using a sharp paring knife, carefully slice away the peel and white pith, working from top to bottom in smooth, even motions. Once peeled, cut the fruit into thin rounds and arrange them beautifully on a serving platter.
Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and mint over the citrus fruit.
Drizzle with Dress It Up Dressing Blackberry Vinaigrette.
