Chicken (or Tofu)

Dress It Up Dressing Sesame Tahini Dressing
Directions
Prep
Chicken or Tofu into desired shapes and sizes
Marinate chicken or tofu in a mix of Sichuan chili sauce, hot honey and Sesame Tahini dressing and let sit for at least 30 minutes
Place chicken and tofu on skewers
Cook
Add skewers to grill and cook on high heat; cook each side for 5-7 minutes (if using chicken, leave skewers on for longer until fully cooked)
Optional - brush Sesame Tahini dressing on skewers while grilling for bolder flavor
