It’s the Monday after Thanksgiving and one of 2 things are happening: you are either still looking for ways to repurpose your leftover turkey but another turkey sandwich just won't cut it or you're CRAVING something green and healthy.
Either way, this Kale Apple Salad will do just that! It’s filled with great superfoods like Kale, apples, and almonds and travels well with our on-the-go packs!
Ingredients

2 Large bunches of kale, ribs removed and roughly chopped

1 apple, thinly sliced

½ c. Dried cherries

½ cup toasted sliced almonds

¼ cup Crumbled feta

Dress It Up Sesame Tahini Dressing
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together kale, apples, cherries, and almonds.
Drizzle with Dress It Up Sesame Tahini Dressing and top with feta to serve.
