We are loving the celebrity salad recipes lately! We created the “famous" chicken salad that managed to be a constant through the many seasons of the Kardashians. Paired with our Sesame Tahini dressing, it’s easy to see why this salad is a star.
The original salad was always ordered from The Health Nut in LA, but may we suggest Dressing It Up with a few recipe glow ups. We used hand-torn romaine lettuce, shredded chicken, pickled ginger, carrots, sesame sticks, and avocado - creating a luscious amount of crunchy and creamy.
Ingredients

1 head of romaine lettuce

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup grilled shredded chicken

2 tbsp pickled ginger

2 tbsp sesame sticks

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp chopped peanuts

handful of sprouts

2 tbsp Sesame Tahini Dressing
Directions
Wash, dry, and cut lettuce, then place in large salad bowl.
Shred carrots and chicken.
Add carrots, chicken, and pickled ginger to bowl of lettuce.
Top with avocado, sprouts, peanuts, and sesame sticks.
Toss with Sesame Tahini Dressing and enjoy!
