Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Dress It Up Dressing Green Goddess dressing

2 bagels or 4 slices of hearty bread

½ cup thinly sliced cucumber

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup microgreens or sprouts
Directions
In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until mostly smooth, leaving some texture. Stir in Green Goddess dressing until well combined.
Spread the chickpea mixture onto half of the bagels.
Top with cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and microgreens.
Place the remaining bagel half on top, slice in half and enjoy immediately!
